No one really needs reminding that the last couple of years has been a real struggle, not just for the Majestic Theatre but for many other theatres and venues up and down the country. However, there are a few ways you can help us and here are just a few:
Seats update!
When The Majestic Theatre was tagged in to The Customs House post on Facebook, we jumped at the chance to try and get these seats. For those of you who come to our theatre, you will see that some of our seats have become tired and worn and these replacement seats are much needed.
We’ve had a fantastic response to our seat campaign and money is still being donated which we are so grateful for. However, we have no control over dates and although we were hoping to get the seats sooner rather than later, it’s looking likely we won’t get these seats until January 2024 as per our conversation with The Customs House. However, this hasn’t deterred us, in fact it’s made us more focussed on getting these seats so we thank you for your continued support.
Seat sponsorship!
We have the opportunity to replace our seats and this is much needed. However, we need your help. As a small business we are asking if our customers would like to donate some money and in return we will dedicate a plaque to you or to our business on the seats you buy. (Min amount is £20 per seat for the plaque).
You can buy numerous seats and once we get your purchase we’ll email you back to ask you what you’d like on the seat plaque(s).

Make sure you’re the first to know when we start to release tickets by subscribing to our mailing lists and following us on social media.
Skip the refund
If you’d booked tickets for shows that have been cancelled, we will be in touch with several options: you could either get a refund, donate the money, or get a credit note. Donating is the most helpful for theatres, but if you’re not able to donate, opt for a credit note so that the money stays with us (and you can treat yourself to new tickets later down the line).
Give us something to shoutout
Post something on social about the best show you’ve seen, a photo taken of the stage, or a selfie. We’d also love it if you can giv e us a review on Google or Facebook.
