Do you have disabled or step free access?

Unfortunately at this time we do not have step free access to the upper floors of the building – It is a simple matter of funding. We are currently planning on putting fundraising events on to be able to have a stair lift fitted to try and support step-free access customers, but at this moment we are not able to offer this. How do I book a ticket for a show/event?

All tickets for our shows can be found online, so you can purchase yours on the online box office. Simply go to At this time our in-house box office is only open 1 hour prior to shows and events. We plan to improve this in the future and have the box office open more often.

What does a family ticket include?

Our family tickets include 2 adults and 2 children (up to the age of 16 years old)

I've lost my ticket what can I do?

You can simply email our box office team and they will re-send you your ticket via email, or they can print it ready for collection on the day of your show

I can't print my tickets out, can I show them on my phone

Yes, all we need to see are the seat numbers shown in the confirmation email.

I can't buy the seats I want on the online box office

The online system is fairly robust and only allows the purchase of a ticket if there isn’t someone else trying to book it at the same time. Please try alternative seats. Usually the problem is that the seats are on hold because another customer is trying to buy them too.

I can't pay for my tickets now, do you offer reservations?

Unfortunately we cannot reserve tickets for you without payment.

I've seen an advert for a show that isn't listed on majestic theathres website, how do I get tickets?

​Usually we do not allow tickets to be sold from anywhere else but our own box office (under exceptional circumstances companies sometimes sell their own). If you see an advert for a show here and the tickets aren’t on sale, it could be a number of things – we aren’t able to sell tickets until we have an agreement signed with an artist, we may have removed the tickets from the online selling page on the request of an artist or the event may have even been cancelled. – We will try to keep you updated as much as possible!

Do you offer refunds?

Unfortunately we do not offer refunds unless a show is cancelled.
​Tickets may be exchanged for another performance of the same production at a charge if we have suitable notice and availability.

Do you offer free tickets for children under 4

Unfortunately all patrons who visit the Theatre must purchase a ticket.
